5. Shipping and Delivery

 

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. International or supplier‑based shipping may result in extended delivery windows.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation or replacement where applicable.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer returns or refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged

  • The product does not match its description

  • The wrong item was received

To initiate a return, contact us at tejasjonathan@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Products must be returned in original condition unless faulty.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use or damage caused by the customer

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
